Can I book a ticket online?
Yes! Book instantly through our website or WhatsApp. Select your route, date, and seat, then pay via MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, or card. Your e-ticket arrives by SMS within seconds.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each passenger is allowed one main bag (up to 20kg) and one small carry-on free of charge. Additional luggage can be arranged at a small fee — contact us before travel.
Are there discounts for children and students?
Children under 5 travel free when seated on a parent's lap. Ages 5–12 get a 40% discount. Students and Senior Citizens (60+) enjoy 15% off with a valid Ghana Card or student ID.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled more than 4 hours before departure. One free rescheduling up to 24 hours before travel. Manage everything in your account dashboard or by calling our helpline.
Does the van have Wi-Fi and charging ports?
All 2M Express vans come with complimentary Wi-Fi and USB charging ports at every seat — so you stay connected and powered up throughout your journey.
Where do I board and how early should I arrive?
Boarding locations are confirmed in your e-ticket. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before departure. For Accra, vans depart from Neoplan Station, Kaneshie. Kumasi departures from Kejetia Terminal.
